Thank you for your purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully before completing your order.
Digital Products
All products sold by Family Continuity Planning are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital files are accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are considered final.
Refund Eligibility
We do not offer refunds for digital products once access has been provided, except in the following limited circumstances:
You were charged more than once for the same purchase
You were unable to access the digital file due to a technical issue on our side and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
Refunds are not provided for:
Accidental purchases
Change of mind after download
Failure to read the product description before purchase
